Kristen Davis, LAPSW

Kristen began her career with Nurture the Next nearly two decades ago as a home visitor and was one of only three people on staff at the time. Since then, she has grown the organization to a team of more than 80 employees, broadening the organization's reach and program offerings along the way. Her experience working with families and her own parenting experience as a mother to two children shapes her vision and ignites her passion to ensure Tennessee’s next generation is raised in nurturing homes.
